Checking in with Yourself

Everyone needs to do a self-check now and again. I try to utilize this little check list:

What am I doing?

Where am I going?

Do I really want to head that direction?

How is what I am currently doing preventing me from achieving these goal(s)?

How is what I am currently doing helping me achieve these goal(s)?

What changes do I need to make to get closer to my goal(s)?

What changes am I unwilling to make to get closer to my goal(s)?

When do I need to ask for help, and who am I asking?

Does my asking for help hurt/injure someone else’s goal process?

What other questions would you add to this list? Maybe I can learn from you as well!
